How do players join a game?
Players open the site on any phone, tap Join, and enter the 4-character room code — or scan the QR code shown on the host and stream views. No app or account needed.
How many people can play?
Rooms are built for big groups. If someone drops out mid-game, their device automatically rejoins the same card when the page reloads.
What's the difference between Bingo and Trivia Mode?
In Bingo, players mark clues on a card and shout POPINGO. In Trivia Mode, players answer multiple-choice questions and are scored on accuracy and speed.
How does Twitch chat play work?
Connect your Twitch account in Streamer Mode, start a Trivia game, and your viewers can answer straight from chat. Answers are validated and scored on our servers.
I unlocked a pack but don't see it.
Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout, then open your account page. Packs appear under Your Packs.
How do I add POPINGO to OBS or Streamlabs?
On any host screen tap Use in OBS and copy the stream URL. In OBS or Streamlabs add a Browser source, paste the URL, set it to 1920x1080, and uncheck 'Shutdown source when not visible'. It shows the room code, join QR, current clue and live scores — never answers or host controls.
Can I watch the stream view without OBS?
Yes. The same link opens in any browser window — use Open in new window on the host screen and capture that window, or just share it on a second screen.
